Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order within the Account section of the website. If your order shows as "Unfulfilled" then this has not yet been sent out for delivery. If the order shows as "Fulfilled" then the order has been sent out for delivery.

When your order is despatched you will receive confirmation of this to the email address you provided on your order. This will also include a tracking number for your parcel that you can use to track your order online. Our orders are sent via DPD, and you can track their status here.

If you are still unsure as to where your order is, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page to send us a message and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

What is my tracking number?

How do I return my order?

Here at Velozia we are proud of our products and their quality, and hope you are too!

However, should you wish to return your item(s), please email us on enquiries@veloziasportswear.com to start processing your return. Please provide your name and order number within the email to help us easily locate your order.

We will then contact you within 48 hours with a pre-paid label and further details on how to return your items.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been despatched it may be possible to cancel your order. In order to do this please contact us using either the form below or by sending an email to enquiries@veloziasportswear.com. Please include your order number on any messages.

If your order has been despatched we will be unable to cancel your order and this will have to be returned in order to receive your refund. Please see our returns page for more information.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been despatched it may be possible to change your delivery address. In order to do this please contact us using either the form below or by sending an email to enquiries@veloziasportswear.com. Please include your order number on any messages.

If your order has already been despatched, unfortunately we will be unable to change the delivery address.

What should I do if my item arrives faulty?

If your item arrives faulty please get in touch as soon as possible by the contact form at the bottom of this page or by emailing enquiries@veloziasportswear.com.

An item is missing from my order - what should I do?

Please get in touch as soon as possible by the contact form at the bottom of this page or by emailing enquiries@veloziasportswear.com and we will investigate this for you.

How long should delivery take?

Our standard delivery is 1-3 working days. Please see full information on our Delivery Information page.

My order is showing delivered but I have not received it

Please get in touch through the contact form below or by emailing enquiries@veloziasportswear.com. We will raise this with our delivery couriers and get back in touch with you as soon as possible.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges. For full details on returns and refunds please see our Refund Policy page.
